We at West Mountain and the West Side Grille would just like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! We will be open from 10am until 3pm on Friday and will be closed on Christmas Day. We'll reopen at 8:30am on Sunday, December 26th! Tubing will also open on Sunday.

Update...

Opening day is December 18, 2010. Snowmaking is cranking right now and our snowmakers are doing an awesome job getting us ready to go. Big thanks to our snowmakers! The first 4 pics are from Thursday and the last two are from this morning. 

The West Side Grille is open all weekend and on Saturday the Brat Pack will be playing. Stop by and join us for some food or drinks and watch the snow build up!

Did you miss out on getting tickets for UVM vs. BYU game on Wednesday like me? Come join us at the West Side Grille at West Mountain for Jimmer's big game on the 110' big screen and enjoy all you can eat pasta bar for $10.95. Live music by Chuck Kelsey on Wednesday night too!

50 Years!

So West Mountain is turning 50 this season! Once again we have made some improvements to the mountain also. We have added a new Retail Shop, remodeled the Front Desk, added more space to the Lodge and most importantly added a new Ticket System. Take a look at the some of these pics to see for yourself.

More info on the new Ticket System will come right before opening day. Once we start snowmaking you'll hear and see about here on the blog!

Live music has returned to the West Side Grille on Wednesday and Friday's for the Winter. Don't forget on December 11th is our Community Holiday Party at 6pm with the Brat Pack playing in the West Side Grille. If you would like to reserve a table please call (518) 793-6606 ext. 308.

Season Pass Picture Party This Saturday

This Saturday from 1pm to 6pm in the lodge come out to meet other Season Pass holders and get yourself "glammed up" for your pass photo that you'll show off all season long! If you can't make it on Saturday, you can still stop by our main office prior to your first day of skiing to have your pass photo taken. Live music by J. Walker from 3pm to 6pm.

Make sure to stop by the West Side Grille afterwards and check out Chef Chuck Jennings awesome menu! From 4pm to 9:30pm on Saturday in the West Side Grille selected appetizers are half off!

Snow, Deals and a Job Fair!

Today might not be the best weather, but it is snowing! Please visit the West Mountain online store for the last of the preseason discounts good until November 15, 2010.

On Tuesday November 9, 2010 will be the Job Fair in the lodge at West Mountain from 5pm-8pm. If you want to get a head start on everyone follow this link for a job app to fill out a head of time.
